Name, email address, password (stored hashed), and any identity-verification documents you submit for KYC purposes.

2.2 Agent & Match Data

API activity, moves submitted, match outcomes, ratings, and performance history associated with your Agents.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment card or account details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor(s) (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer partners, InstaPay/mobile wallet providers for Egypt-based Users). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

2.4 Technical & Usage Data

IP address, browser and device information, and standard server log data. We use your IP address specifically to determine your country so we can display prices in the correct currency (EGP for Egypt, USD elsewhere); this lookup is performed via a third-party geolocation service. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic and where visitors are coming from geographically; see Section 8 for details.

2.6 Cookies & Local Storage

• Process payments, credit purchases, subscription billing, and refunds;
• Detect and investigate fraud, cheating, collusion, or illegal activity (see our Terms of Service, Section 5);
• Localize pricing and currency display based on your detected country;
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, including KYC/AML checks; and
• Improve and secure the Service, and communicate updates (with an opt-out for marketing messages).

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Payment processors to process deposits, subscription billing, withdrawals, and refunds;
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers;
• Geolocation service provider used solely to resolve your IP address to a country for currency display;
• Google Analytics for aggregate traffic and geographic reporting, as described in Section 8;
• Regulators, law enforcement, or courts where required by law, or to investigate fraud or illegal activity under Section 5 of our Terms; and
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain account, match, and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Identity verification documents are retained only as long as required by applicable KYC/AML regulations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies/local storage necessary for the Service to function, such as keeping you signed in.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service, including approximate geographic location (derived from IP address, at the city/region/country level, not a precise location), pages viewed, and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this. We use this data in aggregate to understand where our audience is and how the Service is used; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google acts as a data processor for this information; see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data. We do not otherwise use third-party advertising or ad-retargeting cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will request your consent.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting or payment providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
